Shipping Carrier

We partner with FedEx and DHL to ensure timely and safe delivery. All orders from BrookstoneUS come with free shipping.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

Verify the shipping address.

Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.

Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package.

Contact the courier (FedEx or DHL) with your tracking number to initiate a claim.


If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty.

To cancel, simply email us at customerservice@brookstoneus.store with the subject line "CANCEL."

If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions.


Address Corrections

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the corrected information within 24 hours of placing your order.


Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your items, but in rare cases (about 1 in 1,000 shipments), items may arrive damaged.

If this happens, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
